OUR STORY

I come from a farming background and was always surrounded by farm machinery.

Like most of you who are probably reading this, my passion for farm models started when I was a small child. I began to take these models apart and put parts from one on to another. As i got older I always wanted to have the machinery that we operated on our family farm, this was not always easy as 99% of the time the models were not available from the mainstream manufacturers, so I started to build my own, albeit by hand and rather crude by todays standards.

As time went on I pursued my engineering career and obtained my bachelors degree in Agricultural engineering. This degree exposed me to many new technologies including 3D CAD design. As time went on I was still modifying models in my spare time, still wanting models that we used on our farm. This led me to buying my first small 3D printer in 2018, as time went on and technology improved I bought bigger, faster and even more capable printers allowing Curraghree32 to provide the most detailed and accurate models possible.

What is your return/refund policy?

14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in original packaging. Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at Curraghree32@outlook.com. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are not included in refunds, return shipping costs and any replacement shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding!

Damage

Please check your order within 3 days of receiving it. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please reach out to us right away. We want to assess the situation and ensure it's resolved properly

Exceptions / Non-Returnable: Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products, customised models and services that have already been fully performed with the consumer’s agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Shipping

We aim to ship all our 'in stock' items with 3 days of receipt of payment. If one model in your order is out of stock, we will hold the order until every item is in stock and then ship out the complete order. All items are sent 'Registered with signature' via the Irish national carrier, An Post. All models are carefully packaged with care and to try our best to minimise the risk of any potential damage.

Shipping times can vary due to numerous circumstances outside the control of Curraghree32, such as Christmas time.

Return shipping costs and any replacement shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Curraghree32 accepts no responsibility for models purchased by or for children under the age of 14. These items do not carry the C.E. mark and are not classified as toys.
Curraghree32 is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of models. All models are intended for display purposes only and must not be used as toys under any circumstances.
All models are hand-built to custom or our standard specifications models contain fragile components and should be handled with care.
Product prices do not include postage and packaging. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is processed.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering, regardless of whether items are in stock or available for pre-order.
All prices and product details are correct at the time of publication. Curraghree32 reserves the right to adjust prices or modify the product range without notice. While we aim to maintain availability, temporary stock shortages may affect delivery times.
Product images are intended for guidance only. Exact specifications and options must be selected by the customer when ordering. Additional requirements should be noted in the “comments” section of the shopping cart during checkout.
